Once again, for the millionth time, call up the SEC and the FBI and make a verbal complaint, or email in your complaint. I have already provided all the info. here that you need. Feel free to hire a lawyer, if you want to pay them out of your own pocket. Most likely, the lawyer will make money off of you, instead of you getting your money back. Therefore, report the company directly to the SEC and the FBI.
