Boy does that bring back bad memories.

I was on day trading buying power last year when Ameritrade site went down about 20 minutes before closing and I was on hold for around 40 minutes before they answered my call 22 minutes after the market closed. I was forced to close out trades in the after hour market for a nice lost! Yes, I filed a complaint with SEC.<g>

I now trade with thinkorswim.com

Clearly the best firm I have ever had an account with. Execution is excellent and the trading software is the best I have used, especially if you are trading options. BTW, they don't have different levels of option trading. You might want to check them out.
