Bingo. Thank you. And to come full circle, this is why you have the thinking you do. You worked for a government, that despite it's best intentions, doesn't know how to act on certain information in certain situations in a timely manner. Some of the stocks that Elgindy highlighted over 4 years ago, are just starting to hit the judicial system now. Those poor investors. In this case I, and most others, do simply not buy the ten year sentence. Absurd. If you don't get it by now, then maybe in the future.

Dale, considering your statement, copied below, I'm curious if you feel that Wingate's sentence is commensurate with her crime and properly proportional to Elgindy's considering all relevant circumstances?
