Iran emboldened by the results of Iraq. They look to the situation there and knowing that there's not much stomach for another intervention, raised up the stakes. The strategy of trying to establish democracy before pacification bore no results. The US has to go radical in Iraq and establish a regime of exception to pacify the country. Establsih curfew down to dusk. Issue I.D. card countrywide. No I.D. in hand arrest put into calaboush. Pacify country by force.
