So effectively, any idiot can charge any other person with anything he/she chooses....as long as the idiot can pay his legal bills and whatever court costs. That shouldn't be hard to do for some idiots ---take Sheehan for example. With folks like George Soros and Ramsey Clark who want to burn their money to have a one world order....it seems likely that any idiot could apply for funds, and get them from these or others of like mind. The person whom the accusation is against, has to pay his own bills, EVEN if he didn't do whatever, and the idiot is making an unsubstantiated charge.... Seems hardly fair.
