And, *federal* law? (Since the Bush admin. seems so intent on over-riding STATE medical regilations --- asserting their 'right' to criminalize any specific substance or action that is touched upon by federal drug licensing... a la their attempt to override State medical marijuana initiatives in CA and elsewhere....)
