1. You couldn't be more wrong. I think that governments and individuals have wayyyyyyy too much power over the rest of us. We would do better in smaller groups, smaller companies, smaller countries. Power corrupts and it is the rightwing which is trying to install a police state in the USA which is the embodiment of absolute corruption. DO YOU ACTUALLY READ ANY POSTS? 2. The USA voluntarily signed up with the UN and, as with Dubyette begging for the figleaf of UN intervention in Iraq...remember that...didn't think so, the UN is used when individual governments need them for real purposes or for propaganda. The UN is a weak organization which is the way the member nations want it to be. It has no military forces, it has only the ability to cajole and twist an arm or two. The problem with Dubyette is he wanted it BOTH WAYS. Dubyette expected Saddam (not really, but for arguments sake) to comply with the UN but Dubyette himself said he didn't have to comply with the UN. Even a five year old can see that this is pure garbage. 3. Iraq was contained by the sanctions. If you don't think sanctions work then go yell at Dubyette who wants sanctions against Iran and NK. INSPECTIONS WORKED as well, ask Dulfer. At some point Saddam would go off his rocker or be overthrown which is what happens in real life. It was up to people like VALERIE PLAME to see that he didn't get the material to make nukes. 4. You are still spewing rightwing propaganda. You're so steeped in it that you can't even see you're spouting propaganda. You need a vacation from rightwing propaganda because you are thoroughly brain washed. 5. Dubyette did not go into Iraq to defend the UN. 6. Dubyette went into Iraq to prove he's bigger than his dad, win reelection, destroy the New Deal, create aristocracy, turn the presidency into a dictatorship, stack the SC and the federal judiciary, get control over ME oil and make a huge profit from war. Why can't you get these simple, basic, adult concepts through your skull? It's because you are brain washed. 7. Now you admit that Saddam had uranium. Then why do you think he had to go seek it from the Europeans controlling the uranium in Niger? You're admitting that Shooter, Scooter and Turd Blossom lied and treasonously outed an undercover CIA agent for political gain thereby destroying her ability to prevent the likes of Saddam from getting nukes. 8. You are, at times, beyond ridiculous but mostly you are unbelievably ignorant.
