It is a silly definition and of absolutely no use
When Wts are a day away from expiration and trading at a penny your leverage will be 1000x
The worse the investment the better the leverage

you can make a lot in wts with a sudden rise late term or in hedging a short with more prosaic common stock price curves, Shorts are the more common way of making money in stocks by professionals. We are hoping it will be very dangerous to short Skylar. Very. But money is what makes worlds go round and explo money is hard to get. Too many geniuses out there.

the sudden rise a la aurelian is rare. that is why the lawsuit to get options out of them that they felt should have been recognized. If you look at the names on the suit you will see that Keith lined up some heavyweights for his seed money. The aurelian warrants ran out when they changed listings. Do they have a case? This best efforst/didn't try thingie is a head scratcher.. can they prove the company merely sloughed it off. The company would get a lot of help from the TSXV in doing the sloughing. The TSXV does not like long term seed warrants. I don't either but they are powerful incentive to sell stock.
