For one thing.. hindsight is ALWAYS 20/20...

Secondly.. nothing in that statement supports your BS that Duelfer claimed the UNSCOM/UNMOVIC inspections had been successful.

The only way they would have been deemed as such would be if the international community were convinced that Saddam was in compliance.

Instead, they UNANIMOUSLY (that means NO DISAGREEMENT for illterate morons like yourself) that Saddam was in Material Breach of his disarmament obligations, and thus, the cease-fire.
