to be honest, I am not sure what your real point is here. Is NK dangerous? Yes. Can they toast Seoul at will? Yes. Can the be invaded at will? No.

Beyond that, you are at best, wildly speculating. Remember we inflated the capabilities of the Iraqi army before the invasion.
