Without new and improved Ipods, the thrill is gone for Apple. Computers don't excite consumers. The Ipod did and now for the time being at least the thrill of owning Apple is gone for the average investor, who was instrumental in ramping up Apples price.

They may be back in the distant future, but there are many other more important things on their minds than computers which aren't a high priority right now.

In other words there isn't any rocket fuel to propel Apple higher . It is about trying to slow or stop the decline.
