I can understand her position and agree with her saying:
a soft landing ... drip .. drip .. 20 years. The problem is:
at this price level, only HUGE INFLATION (bigger bubble)
can make it worthwhile to be stucked with a high-rish
life-time loan. It just get to the point of no return (of
investment), if only the flipper/fillthy rich are the only
player left. 'Normal income' can't justify the lofty price,
just can't make it. It's that simple, period, sorry.

LOL, I've been in this business for more than 25 years and I can say I've never seen anything like this before.
