Yes FL unless you feel those Atlantic breezes is brutal during our endless summer. Downtown Orlando or even Ft Myers on a very humid 97 degree summer day as bad as any in the country yes even Phoenix or Houston<g>. He might have the vision that this logical crossroads at SR 60 and the Turnpike is where the growth will be if this hurricane cycle continues and the two highways through the interior of FL are built. Certainly a more logical bet than rampant growth in JOE territory in the FL panhandle.
