Heya!

I put the front valance on the Coronet (about 3 hours), hooked up the headlights to their final power wiring (I changed alot of wiring under the hood to suit the way I like it), then I started polishing out the damage that the previous owners did with their buffing wheel and the damage from sitting three years in my garage with various paint over sprays and collections of dirt. 9 hours later, the car looks fairly good.

As you can tell I am about out of things to do to it. I may actually have to drive this thing! As a matter of fact, there is a big push from certain factions in my house to get it licensed this week.

My kid got a Motostik pogostick. $205 delivered. He paid for it so I don't care about the money, but I did seriously try to talk him out of it. I expect stitches and a broken bone or two soon. I just hope he does it after we get back from the Canada fishing trip and not anytime soon. Think of your memories of a pogostick. Then think of a pogo stick capable of giving the operator the ability to jump and have 2 or 3 feet clear under the stick, which puts his head 9ft in the air.

The little guy is starting fall ball. 2 hour practice in the 98 degree heat yesterday. They also planned one for Wed night which is supposed to be over 100. Smart coaches!

Not much else. This week will be spent giving platelets, obtaining various permits for me to buy some things from my neighbors estate, meeting on preparation for the new scouting year, drag racing and packing for Canada. In all that, is time for work too!
