Exactly. As a Fascist, Shorty is very uncomfortable with the idea that there are those who ideas and beliefs don't conform 100% with the leadership. Or that there are those who don't really follow any leadership at all.

For him, one must pick a leader and follow them without thinking. All the while telling himself that he is being really smart in not thinking.

I wish you would stop telling us the truth. Its really scaring me.
