the out of control hotheads like Hezbollah and Al Qaeda and various other groups that will do anything they can to start a war

Hi LoneClone, yes these hotheads would like to do anything to escalate the conflict, but they are simply powerless. Look at what is currently happening. You have Israel pounding Hezbollah into a pulp and all they can do is launch some rockets here and there...and you now get the Hezbollah leader calling for "all out war," as if they can do anything more than what they are already doing. A lot of talk...

Let's see how this conflict can potentially escalate. Egypt is an ally and will do nothing against US interests. Syria will stay out, because they will be destroyed. Iran is thousands of miles away. Who else is left to go to war? The only way this can escalate is if one of these groups you mentioned obtains a nuclear weapon of sorts, barring that they are only flies around the elephant. JMO

"out of control hotheads like Hezbollah and Al Qaeda"

Not to mention the out of control fuckwits in the White House - you know, the ones who poured gasoline on the fire by invading Iraq.
