The problem with the website referred to in the e-mail (and the poster for that matter) is that it uses one sided statistics and partial data to support its cause. One must look at both sides of the problem to understand it. For example, the Palestine terrorists target civilians as a normal course of action, but the Israelis target the "military" terrorist groups, albeit with significant civilian casualties. Also, the website says nothing about the fact that the Israelis recently withdrew from parts of the occupied territories and razed their own settlements. I think the discussion should be that, after increasingly better relations and diminishing tensions, the sides have taken a step backwards. How do we move forward?
