SOX.......In the aftermath of that post you linked, I responded with an admittedly "wild" scenario ..which you labelled "imagination" and I defended as "keeping eyes open to all possibilities"....(Also told you around then that I was not comfortable with your wedge off of Sep '04.........guess I'm still not comfortable...LOL) Weell.........the recent decline to 410 still doesn't kill that "wild" scenario,so I ain't dropping it just yet......Not as a firm proposal.....but as a "possibility" to watch out for.... Re that EWI count, FYI I checked in to their free week.....but a little more than I could take.....BTW your HUI counts waaaay off base per EWI...MAJOR bear....off a big 5 peak..... now in the works for GLD, HUI, and the like...vbg

COMPX 1750...Vurrry interesting, Shack.... Looks like you're taking a TA approach there....with return to genesis... And funny, while you seem to be moving toward TA.....my special preserve.......I've been looking more toward EW....your forte...LOL Lots of things indicating you may be right, but not sure I'm yet prepared to abandon my approach......Essentially, still on that ED kick (which btw you used to give me hell about).....And that took me to a 3-wave wave 3 up (from Apr '05) ending in January. Moved to that scenario in order to assure that 3 was greater than the first wave up (Apr '04 to Jan '05).... Guess i need some charts to make that clear.......later.... Tend to agree a corrective up is likely coming here....I have been counting the down since Apr as a C....and I THINK that's now had its necessary 5 waves down..(maybe a chart later for this, too....) OT......Think we're finally getting some weather to match yours......vbg

COMPX.....Chart of the MC bullish alternative, as promised. Hope you had a nice weekend, Shack....We've finally gotten some of your weather....with somewhat higher temps, I'm afraid....but beautiful. This is just an update of what I've been yakking about for some months now. Basically, I have us in the final major Wave V up from 2002, an ED of 5 overlapping 3-wavers (doesn't look very D-ish, I'll admit...but not yet possible to draw line between wave 2 and 4 bottoms, and line from 3 to 5 top can take care of that).... Not dismissing your 1750 model.....but OTOH don't think I'm yet willing to dismiss my old stand-by.....so will await developments with interest. On second thought......steaks ??? (that's addressed ONLY to Shack.....Can't afford more than one box.....LOL)
