No they do not have the right to government money when their methodologies violate the constitution, or state constitutions. As I'm sure you know the right of an individual expressing their prejudices to accecss the public coffers ends where the expression of that right deprives others of their civil rights- ergo the government cannot structurally support organizations who aim to deprive others of rights. The government cannot stop organizations from marching on the public streets (though it can require permits) but it cannot give organizations that practice discrimination money or materials.
