A big part of it, sure. It's not as if he has helped the situation any. But there are plenty of nutcases in the Middle East who have dedicated their lives to making things worse, and their efforts should not go unacknowledged. Nadine, you'll be relieved to know that I am talking about the fanatical Arab/Islamist factions in the above paragraph I think the leadership of Israel actually does want peace and stability in the region, though they seem incapable of consistently acting in such a way as to help bring that about. And I'm certainly not saying that it would be easy for them to do that. - Allen
