What charming, gentle people they are If they were charming, gentle people under attack from terrorists, would it not be reasonable to bomb the supply routes of the terrorists? I can understand your distress over the numbers of civilian casualties, but it seems that disabling ports, roads, airports and the like is SOP for civilized countries at war. They accommodated the Lebanese with a cease fire to allow some traffic out. That seems consistent with their argument that they aren't after Lebanon but rather Hezbollah.
