I am pretty sure that eventually this will end in nuclear war. I would rather see Israel declared a bad idea, and see the Israelis evacuated, than see a nuclear war. It's just my preference- and has nothing to do with fairness, but it's the only practical solution I can see.

The more people think that way, the more encouragement is given to nuclear proliferation and threats. If Iran can effectively destroy Israel without actually having a nuclear war than they have no incentive to deescalate or act reasonably. And does it stop with Iran and Israel. What if some other current or potential nuclear power starts some major saber rattling. Do we declare countries they don't like to be "a bad idea", and ethnically cleanse their inhabitants? For that matter if Israel threatens Iran do we resettle Iran's population?

Moving more to the practical, it just isn't going to happen. Your about as likely to get a voluntary peaceful end to Israel because some other country or the UN declares it to be as bad ideas as you are to get an end to South Korea because of the North Korean nuclear threat. Israel will never accept it, and no other country is likely to take in the entire population of Israel even if Israel did accept it. The idea of ending Israel to end the threat of nuclear war in the Middle East is a total non-starter, unreasonable, impractical, and an idea that would create all sorts of perverse incentives for undesirable action.
