Yahoo is a private company. Though you and I may dislike their message board format, how does this change represent an assault on your rights? In fact, if Yahoo were prevented from changing their message board format due to public outrage and subsequent state action, it would be an asault on Yahoo's property rights.

Come on - if people don't like it Yahoo will change it - they just want to sell advertizing.
