I did put it on a site but lost the location. This below is a dietary link (quoting Erasmus) which is good however. Still looking for the other one. I can put it into a private email in html form. I should put it in pdf format which should not take long. That paginates it. The bulk of it quotes Balch who a reputed naturopath.
