Is self-defense a legitimate response?

Was the bombing of the World Trade Center a legitimate response to a country that has armed, lend political support in the U.N., and financed violent, undemocratic actions against others?

Does the door swing only one way?

Nothing flippant about those comments (which stand unrefuted). 9/11 was a tragedy. But, as usual, you have your analogy precisely backwards. America is almost universally an aggressor, whereas Hezbollah is almost universally a defender against aggression, so American civilians are virtually the opposite of Lebanese civilians. The proper analogy would be Israeli civilians dying as a result of the immoral aggression of the Israeli military.

It is noteworthy that you make an anology between the Israeli Army and Al Qaeda. Rather bold, I dare say.

It is less noteworthy (because it is so predictable) that you don't care about people dying, but you do care about money being spent.
