Ordinarily these label things don't make much difference to me. But considering that HHH was the brains behind LBJ's negotiation of the War on Poverty, which soon became the Great Society, that then begot the health/education/welfare political power base running the entire Northeast and most of our mega-municipalities today... I am hard pressed to separate HHH and the current usage of the term. 0\|0
