Hizbullah is going to be in a weaker position shortly. It would be nice if the Israelis could blockade Hizbullah without harming Lebanese infrastructure, but unfortunately there is no clean distinction on the ground. It is mistake to think that the Israelis are choosing targets to 'punish' Lebanon however. They are calling on the Lebanese government to work with them against Hizbullah.
