I wonder if IMA will appeal the decision?

I hear also there may be permitting issues from Argentian Govt. that may make it impossible to sell the deposit. For this market may discount the SP significantly (now I understand why IMA market cap is only around $170MM or so).

Nonetheless, I wouldn't want to be an IMA shareholder at this point in time.

Aquiline Resources Inc., after the close of trading on July 14, 2006, the Supreme Court of British Columbia rendered a judgment in Vancouver Registry Action No.: S041353 between Minera Aquiline Argentina S.A. as plaintiff and IMA Exploration Inc. and Inversiones Mineras Argentinas S.A. as defendants.

Clearly not insider info on your part.....I sure wish they had put it on their website though.....today will be a good day....and yea, I would be suprised if it isn't halted at the open, but might not be....the news is already out so why halt?
