yeah but the new SI kept the basic flow. Thats what yahoo didn't do. I don't know if SI still allows classic, but imho if they just switched over to the new, there would have been a lot of complaining but it would have died down eventually. With yahoo, moving to the threaded feature, makes it unusable and NOTHING like the prior yahoo at all. The truth is, the yahoo message boards probably make no money for yahoo. The volume of posts is not advantageous for yahoo, they'd probably like to get the volume way down and quality up. So they don't really have an incentive to keep the old style or posters.
