Those items I mentioned are indeed benefits, technically speaking, as was food given to concentration camp victims. To say that we "benefitted" the Indians, whoever, would require that those things were not there before we came, which is untrue. They were first class citizens in America before the Europeans came here. Of course, past American atrocities (arguably genocide) against the Indians are another moral reason that we should be supporting the Palestinians. Tom
