Make no mistake LindyBill. Our Southern border is "well and truly" under control. It's just not under your or my "control." If you want to know who is pulling the strings on that state of affairs you need look no further than the "strings" that pulled that Spitzer critique out of the NY Times. They are one and the same. The same folks who think the SEC is doing a bang up job... that Sarbanes Ox is over kill... and the guys who believe the Hedge Funds "Don't Need No Steekeen Regulations"...
