Option backdating is illegal. All stock option plans require that the strike price be equal to the market value on the day of the grant. The day of the grant is not 2, 3 or 4 months prior on a day which the stock hit a 52 week low.

Why the phonied up paperwork to reflect a day of grant that was clearly not the day of grant? This is fraud and conspiracy.

This is clearly a theft from shareholders of the company.

Plus it's also tax evasion. The difference between the market value and the strike price on the day of the grant should be taxable income.
