Could be. I don't see Hezbollah releasing any prisoners any time soon. And it's pretty clear that Israel blames Syria for the rockets. But what I haven't seen is any indication that Israel really is putting itself on a war footing by calling up its general Army reserves.

I don't think it's possible for them to do this without the information being public knowledge. So my conclusion is that they are not planning on going into Lebanon. This has to be appreciated in the light of what happened in 1982. Generals always fight their last war, and the last war the Lebanese faced was Israeli army forces. I would think that Hezbollah would not just be ready for Israeli army, but in fact would be somewhat enthusiastic about it.
