I envision plastic rebar as an extruded process like the old Playdough machines we used as kids! Then cut to length and possibly stamped with textured barb features as they leave the press, coated, etc then shipped.

DONPAT...how do you custom form them to the shapes and angles that the current jigs do on the construction sites...????...
