In the Cuban Missile Crisis, we secretly agreed to remove nuclear armed Jupiters from Turkey after USSR removed its missile from cuba. As part of a deal with paranoia kim, we could promise the removal of our troops from SK which i really think Kim sees as a forward threat. If they are removed its unlikely that Kim will attack SK. If they are removed its more likely that a regional bargain might be struck. We need to eliminate these hotspots one by one.
