you'll have to let me know if you can win Tim over [I would like to be a mouse for that conversation] I rehabbed 3 houses in the last 3 years - nothing this year though, till I see where the RE market is going - I have a real flair for it [the design ect.] autonomy is king I've read Binchy, eh McCourt, liked there aren't as many Irish authors as I thought ordered McCarthy's Bar [it looks like zactly what the doctor ordered] did you catch this in the reviews? Next time I'm in a pub, I'll steal a quiet moment, say a small prayer, drink one for Pete McCarthy and look for something completely absurd happening around me. Rest in peace Mr. McCarthy.
