Indicator SMH tried to rally today after an early morning dip, but faded at the end of the day to close near the dip low. Not encouraging for a trend reversal, downtrend still has momo:

Nasdaq closed slightly positive today, but is still perched on the lower standard daily BB, not all that encouraging for bulls:

Big red candle today for the HUI, but still arguably in a bull flag. Closed near the standard daily BB midline, which is the line in the sand for a bounce. No real new trend until the BBs pinch and reverse. Note the current action could be the OPPOSITE of that from mid-May to early June, when in a downtrend, the HUI bounced upward and then downward again off the BB midline on June 5 to resume the down move:
