Round up all the Arabs and put them in some crappy little parched, isolated areas of land not good enough for Israelis to have not moved settlements into (this being land seized from Jordan and Egypt and illegally occupied). Surround them with walls, barbed wire, and checkpoints so they can't even visit their nearby friends and relatives, and make them beg for water flowing into their settlements or a job picking fruit for Israeli landowners. That is the sort of peace that some people want, and other people seem willing to blow themselves up rather than accept.
