Yes. Played with many fiber optic and storage earlier this year. Maxtor buyout by Seagate was huge one for me. Pretty brutal for anyone holding these things long term this year though. Even got out of Avanex when they were added to an index end of June to at least break even. If I held would be down near 25% this month. Anyone buying and holding tight since the Cramer pump a few months ago would be down like 60%. A Guilder favorite from a past life I think<g> Junior gold miners that I've entered positions in the past month are clobbering me today in what should have been a great day for the whole group. Stock market sure humbles you..
