News flash. 90%+ of the countries in the world are corrupt and bloodthirsty. Probably all but Canada in the Americas. CR and the Canucks get a "D" only because they just allow the US policies to move forward in their countries. The rest ALL get "F".

I do not think that is factual. My understanding is that a guerilla force crossed over into Isreal. At least that is how the incident was reported.

On what basis do you substantiate your claim?
