Yes, I dare say Wolfowitz is the first and only Bush crony to get punished for being wrong, which is why he was sent to the World Bank. Wolfowitz was one of the nuttier people in the White House, including telling the National Security Council that Saddam was behind the 1993 WTC attack and the OK City bombing. I think Bush actually believed him, and later realized he had been bamboozled.
