Wow... UTX sports an interesting chart. On the hourly, it looks like an impulsive decline, possibly in it's late stages, which started on July 6. It is probably 3 (or C) or part thereof - when counting from the May 11 top. If we get a corrective looking bounce, it might be shortable. But it must be remembered that today the stock tested its 200 dma, and it held up so far.

(edit - RACK, incidentally, also tested the 200 dma, and bonced off today)
