And why is Plasticon purchasing contracts from PCI? Must not be a large contract or else it would be considered a material event necessitating an 8-K or PR and those in the know about it would be considered privy to inside information.

Jack apparently asked Murphy many questions. One dealt with ownership. As for why PLNI hasn't put out a PR, contact James Turek Sr and ask him. Be sure and give him your multiple aliases and the fact that you don't invest in his company.
