re: Lots of things Bush could have done, but didn't. That doesn't mean Gore would have had the backbone to do it; in fact, it is my opinion that Gore wouldn't have done jack. If my opinion irritates you, there's always the Ignore feature.

The argument that dismal failure by this admin is acceptable because in your opinion the other party would have failed worse... is getting old.

It's ABB is reverse. You will, by default, take any miserable failure by the Bush admin because of "Anybody But Kerry" (ABK). Look at Iraq.

It's a shitty argument and projection on your part.

Bush had the backbone to lie our way into a quagmire. What a crooked backbone. Meanwhile he let Osama Bin Laden go and took his eye off the real war on terrorism.

With leaders like Bush, who needs enemies? No one could have weakened our military as much as Bush has.

Why would you think that your opinion irritates me...that sounds like a reflection...your opinion amuses me mostly...entertainment should not be ignored

I have...have you? Read this from the 2004 campaign...

Bush

• Supports oil drilling in Alaska's Arctic National Wildlife Refuge to cut dependence on foreign oil. Has expanded options for natural gas drilling in the West. Provide $4 billion in tax incentives for new energy technologies and conservation.

Kerry

• Set goal of 20 percent of energy supplied by renewable sources by 2020. Invest $10 billion in automobile fuel efficiency, $5 billion in hydrogen research, and $10 billion in clean coal. Opposes oil drilling in ANWR.
