What a load of baloney. There is always rape, murder and torture in war -- but to raise it to the level of our policy is a crime against the very heart and soul of America. To say there is rape so we should not be surprised when our military engage in rape, or to say that murder and torture are sometimes used in war so it is no big deal is the sort of thing that should disqualify you from membership in the human race. People who engage in rape, murder and torture are criminals. People who torture other people, no matter what the circumstances, should be tried as the slimeball common criminals that they are. Ask Senator McCain about torture.

John McCain, a victim of torture himself, would disagree with you, to protect our OWN troops from torture. He also knows that torture isn't effective, from personal experience.
