Rove's lawyer could be lying. How many criminals' lawyers lie to the press? Every one. And how many prosecutors tell suspects they are not going to be indicted? Who knows?

Fitzgerald does not leak or comment on what's in the press. For all we know he could be indicting Cheney and everyone else or no one at all.

However, one insider claims to have seen actual sealed indictments. No one knows what's in them but it was assumed at first they were Rove and someone else. But so far we don't know. What we do know is that the Whtie House is guilty and lied about it numerous times.

Valerie Plame's lawsuit may bring out the truth if Fitzgerald doesn't. The crimes committed against her are real. Her career was destroyed and it could cost her her life.

Clearly, Rove, Cheney, Libby and others are guilty. So that makes Bush guilty too. They did out her for malicious reasons. That much we know. Also Novak is a longtime crony of Rove's who's helped him on past dirty tricks. Bush Sr. fired Rove for one of those tricks with Novak. I wouldn't trust Nopvak as far as I could throw him. But who knows, maybe he's an innocent victim. yeah right.
