Still seems like DNS doubletalk to me:

What they might mean is 20% lower error rate than the previous release.

1. previous release? 80% "accuracy levels"
2. DNS 9: 20% higher = 96%
This is doubtful.

or

1. previous release? 5% "error rate"
2. DNS 9: 20% lower = 4%

Anyone know the real numbers?
