The one on the top of their list is where I sold my house for five times it's mortgage value in 2003. I hope we have a "soft landing" too, it's just that the REST of our financial house of cards here in America is so fragile, and the world situation so volatile and unstable, I think it's unlikely. I still think we will have a soft landing in housing but I do think now that a recession is more likely. Companies are coming in with earnings reports that are great for last quarter but with poor forward guidance. Its still early in the earnings season and it could change so we will see. Nonetheless,I am starting to reconfigure my portfolio accordingly.
