That's all total garbage. Kerry did nothing wrong in any of those instances. All fabricated desperate rightwing smears against a totally honest and heroic leader. It is Bush who has made Iran and North Korea ten times as dangerous. Both those countries were much less dangerous in the 90's. Bush has mismanaged our national defesne and foreign policy so badly that every potential enemy of ours in the world is more dangerous to us now than before. Bush-Cheney are the worst commanders in chief in US history and that's no exaggeration.
