I was originally one SST warrant short, but after two short phone calls to TDW it was added to my account.

I talked to them for at most five minutes total in both calls, and was given no stick at all.

I had a similar experience with my broker Action Direct(RBC). I had 45000 CS and should get 15000 SST but got 14999. I called them and they said that someone prior used as I recall X.3333. I still cannot understand why they could just not divide by 3 or use more digits. I got 7500 SST.WT so that is ok.
I was not going to waste my time trying to get one more share and will just have to sell the odd lot of 99 a bit cheaper.
It is still unbelievable that that RBC, CDS or the transfer agent would make such a simple mistake.

One day I will give them the shaft when I move a big pile of cash/holdings out of the account and close the account.

Thanks,
DT
